How to return an item

Returns and Refunds

OUR RETURNS ARE FREE!

(1) Introduction

We understand that from time to time you may wish to return a product to us.

We have created this 14-day returns policy to enable you to return products to us in appropriate circumstances.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights (such as your rights under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 and the Consumer Protection Distance Selling Regulations 2000). You can return any Non Sale unwanted item to us for a refund up to 14 days after purchase, provided it is in its original, unused condition and you the consumer have taken reasonable care of the goods whilst in you possession. Unfortunately any items which are found to have make-up or other stains or marks on the garment cannot be exchanged or refunded.This does not affect your statutory rights.

(2) Returns

Where you have no other legal right to return a product and receive a refund or exchange, then you will nonetheless be entitled to return a product to us where:
(a) we receive the returned product within 14 days following the date of receipt of the product;
(b) the returned product is unused, in its original packaging with any labels still attached, and otherwise in a condition enabling
us to sell the product as new;
(c) you comply with the returns procedure set out below; and
(d) none of the exclusions set out below apply.

(3) Returns procedure


Products should be returned to us in the original mailing bag in the condition they were in when delivered to you, together with all accessories and packaging that were supplied with the product(s)

We will deduct a £2.00 re-stocking fee from any refund to your debit/credit card/paypal account in respect of the costs we will incur in administering the return. NO RETURN OR EXCHANGES ON SALE ITEMS
